classificatore ad aria della serie MBS \u00e8 progettato congiuntamente dai nostri esperti tedeschi e britannici ed \u00e8 utilizzato in modo specifico per un&#039;efficiente classificazione a secco di polvere D97: 8-200 micron. Il classificatore, il collettore a ciclone, il collettore di polvere e il ventilatore a tiraggio indotto formano un sistema di classificazione completo. La porta di alimentazione del classificatore si trova nella parte superiore del classificatore. L&#039;alimentazione entra nel classificatore dall&#039;ingresso superiore sotto l&#039;azione della gravit\u00e0 e quindi cade sul disco di dispersione centrifuga della ruota di classificazione. Il materiale verr\u00e0 uniformemente disperso, disperso nell&#039;anello deflettore e gi\u00f9 nell&#039;area di classificazione. L&#039;aria di classificazione entra nell&#039;alloggiamento della spirale, passa le pale guida e verso l&#039;interno nella ruota di classificazione. La polvere fine viene trasportata dal flusso d&#039;aria nella ruota di classificazione e quindi entra nel collettore a ciclone o nel collettore di polvere con il flusso d&#039;aria, mentre la polvere grossolana verr\u00e0 respinta dalla forza centrifuga della ruota di classificazione e cadr\u00e0 nel corpo inferiore del
