Le flux de processus principal est le suivant : \u03a6 Le ciment produit par le syst\u00e8me de broyage final du ciment compos\u00e9 d&#039;un broyeur \u00e0 boulets de 3,2 m \u00d7 14 m et d&#039;un s\u00e9lecteur de poudre est collect\u00e9 par un d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur \u00e0 cyclone d&#039;une capacit\u00e9 de production de 40 \u00e0 50 t\/h. L&#039;\u00e9quipement de test principal comprend le classificateur de flux d&#039;air \u00e0 haut rendement LNHC-960A (puissance 55 kW), le ventilateur \u00e0 tirage induit n\u00b0 2 (type 9-18-8D, puissance 75 kW, courant moteur 150 A, volume d&#039;air maximal 12 000-13 000 m3\/h, pression totale 16 000-17 000 Pa), le d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur \u00e0 jet puls\u00e9 \u00e0 chambre (surface de filtration totale 313,5 m2, surface de filtration effective 261 m2, vitesse effective du vent de filtration 0,77-0,83 m\/min, diff\u00e9rence de pression de fonctionnement 1 000-1 200 Pa), l&#039;armoire de commande de puissance, le convertisseur de fr\u00e9quence, etc.<\/p><p>2.2 R\u00e9sultats et analyse<\/p><p>Le classificateur \u00e0 flux d&#039;air \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;industrie de production de ciment ultrafin, et la production de ciment ultrafin est obtenue simultan\u00e9ment en connectant le syst\u00e8me de classification ultrafin sur la ligne de production de ciment ordinaire. En utilisant l&#039;analyseur de taille de particules laser BT-2001 (m\u00e9thode s\u00e8che) pour l&#039;analyse, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que la taille des particules d50 du produit de ciment ordinaire 1 est de 16,661 \u03bc m. D90=66,743 \u03bc M (les tailles de particules caract\u00e9ristiques d50 et d90 sont les tailles de particules correspondant aux fractions volumiques cumul\u00e9es de 50% et 90%), avec une surface sp\u00e9cifique de 332,8 m2\/kg et un rendement de 46,277 t\/h. Le produit 1 a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 un test de classification ultra-fine \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit de 10 t\/h, avec le classificateur \u00e0 flux d&#039;air \u00e0 haut rendement LNHC-960A tournant \u00e0 des vitesses de 1102 tr\/min, 928 tr\/min et 667 tr\/min. Cela est d\u00fb au fait que la vitesse de la roue de calibrage diminue, la taille des particules de coupe du classificateur augmente et la force forc\u00e9e des lames sur les particules de ciment diminue. La vitesse centrifuge obtenue par les particules diminue, augmentant la probabilit\u00e9 que des particules grossi\u00e8res traversent le classificateur. Par cons\u00e9quent, la production de ciment ultrafin obtenu \u00e0 partir de la vanne de d\u00e9charge du classificateur augmentera \u00e9galement. Pour le ciment d\u00e9charg\u00e9 de la queue du broyeur \u00e0 boulets, le d50 des particules de ciment ultrafines peut \u00eatre s\u00e9par\u00e9 par un classificateur \u00e0 flux d&#039;air efficace, allant de 4,472 \u00e0 9,831 \u03bc entre m et d90 entre 11,823 et 30,510 \u03bc entre m, le ciment ultrafin a une petite taille de particule, une plage de distribution \u00e9troite, un contr\u00f4le de la taille des particules de limite sup\u00e9rieure stable et un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9. L&#039;ensemble du syst\u00e8me fonctionne de mani\u00e8re stable. Compar\u00e9 aux machines de s\u00e9lection de poudre de ciment traditionnelles, le classificateur \u00e0 flux d&#039;air \u00e0 haut rendement pr\u00e9sente une pr\u00e9cision de classification plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, une taille de particule de classification plus petite et une distribution granulom\u00e9trique plus \u00e9troite sans r\u00e9duire le rendement.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Fran\u00e7ais \u00c0 des vitesses de 1102 tr\/min, 928 tr\/min et 667 tr\/min, le courant du classificateur est respectivement de 58,2 A, 52,0 A et 45,5 A. Le courant du ventilateur \u00e0 tirage induit est respectivement de 110,3 A, 122,6 A et 133,5 A. Les facteurs de puissance des moteurs du classificateur et du ventilateur \u00e0 tirage induit sont tous deux de 0,7. La consommation \u00e9lectrique du classificateur et du ventilateur \u00e0 tirage induit peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9e sur la base de la formule de calcul de puissance du moteur asynchrone triphas\u00e9, et la consommation \u00e9lectrique unitaire du syst\u00e8me de classification ultrafine (y compris le classificateur et le ventilateur \u00e0 tirage induit, la consommation \u00e9lectrique de la soupape de d\u00e9charge \u00e0 clapet \u00e0 double couche est relativement faible et peut \u00eatre ignor\u00e9e) peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9e. L&#039;exp\u00e9rience montre qu&#039;il est possible d&#039;utiliser le processus int\u00e9gr\u00e9 du classificateur \u00e0 flux d&#039;air \u00e0 haut rendement LNHC-960A et du broyeur \u00e0 boulets pour pr\u00e9parer du ciment ultrafin.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>2) Lorsque la vitesse de la roue de classification du classificateur \u00e0 flux d&#039;air \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 est de 1102r\/min, 928r\/min et 667r\/min, le d50 qui peut \u00eatre class\u00e9 est respectivement de 4,472 \u03bc m, 6,740 \u03bc m et 9,831 \u03bc m.
