Il est sp\u00e9cialement utilis\u00e9 pour la classification \u00e0 sec efficace de la poudre d97 5 microns \u2013 d97 200 microns. Son composant le plus critique est son rotor de classification interne qui peut tourner \u00e0 grande vitesse, et le rotor de classification est install\u00e9 verticalement. Le classeur, le cyclone, le d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur et le ventilateur \u00e0 tirage induit forment un syst\u00e8me de classification complet. Sous la force gravitationnelle du ventilateur \u00e0 tirage induit, le mat\u00e9riau p\u00e9n\u00e8tre rapidement dans la zone de classification depuis l&#039;entr\u00e9e du classeur avec le flux d&#039;air du ventilateur ; le rotor de classification tournant \u00e0 grande vitesse g\u00e9n\u00e8re une forte force centrifuge pour bloquer les grosses particules, de sorte que les grosses particules ne peuvent pas passer \u00e0 travers l&#039;espace entre les pales de la roue de classification. Dans le m\u00eame temps, la gravit\u00e9 du ventilateur surmonte partiellement la force centrifuge et aspire la poudre fine. La poudre fine traverse l&#039;espace entre les lames de la roue de classement et p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le collecteur cyclonique ou p\u00e9n\u00e8tre directement dans le d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur, ce qui permet de s\u00e9parer la poudre grossi\u00e8re et fine. Les particules grossi\u00e8res entra\u00eenent certaines particules fines et perdent de la vitesse apr\u00e8s avoir heurt\u00e9 la paroi, et descendent vers la tuy\u00e8re secondaire le long de la paroi du cylindre. Apr\u00e8s la forte \u00e9lutriation et dispersion de l&#039;air secondaire, les particules grossi\u00e8res et fines sont encore s\u00e9par\u00e9es, et les particules fines montent vers la zone de classement pour un classement secondaire. Les particules descendent vers l&#039;orifice de d\u00e9charge pour \u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9es, ou sont renvoy\u00e9es vers l&#039;\u00e9quipement de concassage pour un concassage et un broyage
