Se utiliza especialmente para la clasificaci\u00f3n en seco eficiente de polvos de d97 5 micrones a d97 200 micrones. Su componente m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico es su rotor clasificador interno que puede girar a alta velocidad y el rotor clasificador est\u00e1 instalado verticalmente. El clasificador, el cicl\u00f3n, el colector de polvo y el ventilador de tiro inducido forman un sistema de clasificaci\u00f3n completo. El polvo fino pasa a trav\u00e9s del espacio entre las palas de la rueda clasificadora y entra en el colector cicl\u00f3nico o entra directamente en el colector de polvo, logrando as\u00ed el prop\u00f3sito de separar el polvo grueso y fino. Las part\u00edculas gruesas arrastran algunas part\u00edculas finas y pierden velocidad despu\u00e9s de golpear la pared, y descienden a la tobera secundaria a lo largo de la pared del cilindro.
