Der Bedarf an Druckluft kann zwischen 0,7 und 0,8 MPa liegen und der Druck kann stabil sein. Selbst bei Schwankungen sollte die Frequenz nicht zu hoch sein, da sonst die Produktqualit\u00e4t beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird. Zweitens muss die Gasqualit\u00e4t sauber und trocken sein. Die Druckluft muss gereinigt werden, um Feuchtigkeit, \u00d6lnebel und Staub im Gas zu entfernen, damit die zerkleinerten Mineralstoffe nicht verunreinigt werden. Insbesondere die Zerkleinerungsanforderungen f\u00fcr Materialien mit hoher Reinheit sind h\u00f6her. Die Rohstoffzufuhr besteht darin, die Rohstoffe mit einem Hebezeug in den Rohstoffbeh\u00e4lter zu heben und sie dann durch das Zuf\u00fchrventil in die Zerkleinerungskammer des Luftstrombrechers zu bef\u00f6rdern. Die Geschwindigkeit des Rohstofff\u00f6rderers wird automatisch gesteuert, um die Konzentration der Rohstoffe und der Luft in der Zerkleinerungskammer relativ stabil zu halten. In der Zerkleinerungskammer sind zwei D\u00fcsenpaare symmetrisch installiert. Wenn die Druckluft durch die D\u00fcse str\u00f6mt, bildet sich ein \u00dcberschallluftstrom, der die Rohstoffe beschleunigt, im Raum miteinander kollidieren l\u00e4sst und die Rohstoffe zu ultrafeinem Pulver zerkleinert. Der Zerkleinerungseffekt h\u00e4ngt von Form und Abstand des Innendurchmessers der D\u00fcse, Symmetrie und der Mischungskonzentration von Rohstoffen und Luft ab. Die Form des Innendurchmessers der D\u00fcse bestimmt die richtige Geschwindigkeit und Distanz f\u00fcr die Bildung der Schallgeschwindigkeit, legt fest, ob Beschleunigungsdistanz und -geschwindigkeit der Rohstoffe ideal sind, und die Mischungskonzentration von Rohstoffen und Luft beeinflusst auch die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe und die Produktleistung. Die Klassifizierung des Luftstrompulverisierers wird durch ein sich mit hoher Geschwindigkeit drehendes Klassifizierungsrad durchgef\u00fchrt. Das Sortierrad sieht aus wie ein runder \u201eEiseneimer\u201c. Die Mitte des Bodens ist an der Hauptwelle eines direkt angeschlossenen Motors befestigt, der vom Motor angetrieben wird und sich mit hoher Geschwindigkeit dreht. Die \u00d6ffnung befindet sich gegen\u00fcber dem Rohreinlass des Mikropulversammelsystems und ein bestimmter Spalt sollte nicht zu gro\u00df sein. Andernfalls gelangt das nicht sortierte grobe Pulver durch den Spalt in das Rohr des Mikropulver-Sammelsystems, was die Produktqualit\u00e4t beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Um solche Ereignisse zu verhindern, sollte der Spalt luftdicht verschlossen werden. Die Kante des Sortierrads ist mit Klingen ausgestattet, und der Spalt zwischen den Klingen ist der Kanal zum Trennen des feinen Pulvers. Das zerkleinerte feine Pulver schwebt mit dem Luftstrom, und das ultrafeine Pulver gelangt aufgrund seiner geringen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe durch den Spalt zwischen den Klingen in den Feinpulversammler. Die gr\u00f6\u00dferen Partikel spritzen unter der Zentrifugalkraft des Sortierrads an die Au\u00dfenwand und fallen herunter, um erneut zerkleinert zu werden. Durch Anpassen der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Sortierrads k\u00f6nnen Produkte mit unterschiedlichen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfen erhalten
