Er wird speziell f\u00fcr die effiziente Trockenklassifizierung von Pulver mit einer K\u00f6rnung von d97, 5 Mikron bis d97, 200 Mikron verwendet. Sein wichtigster Bestandteil ist der interne, hochtourig rotierende Klassifizierungsrotor, der vertikal eingebaut ist. Klassierer, Zyklon, Staubsammler und Saugzuggebl\u00e4se bilden ein komplettes Klassifizierungssystem. Durch die Schwerkraft des Saugzuggebl\u00e4ses gelangt das Material mit dem Luftstrom des Gebl\u00e4ses schnell vom Einlass des Klassierers in den Klassifizierungsbereich. Der hochtourig rotierende Klassifizierungsrotor erzeugt eine starke Zentrifugalkraft, um die groben Partikel zu blockieren, sodass diese nicht durch den Spalt zwischen den Bl\u00e4ttern des Klassifizierungsrads gelangen k\u00f6nnen. Gleichzeitig \u00fcberwindet die Schwerkraft des Gebl\u00e4ses teilweise die Zentrifugalkraft und saugt das feine Pulver ab. Das feine Pulver gelangt durch den Spalt zwischen den Schaufeln des Klassierrads in den Zyklonabscheider oder direkt in den Staubsammler, wodurch grobes und feines Pulver getrennt werden. Grobe Partikel rei\u00dfen einige feine Partikel mit sich und verlieren an Geschwindigkeit, wenn sie auf die Wand treffen. Sie sinken entlang der Zylinderwand zur Sekund\u00e4rd\u00fcse. Nach der starken Auswaschung und Dispersion der Sekund\u00e4rluft werden grobe und feine Partikel weiter getrennt, und die feinen Partikel steigen zur Sekund\u00e4rklassifizierung in den Klassierbereich auf. Die Partikel sinken zur Entladung zur Entladung ab oder werden zur weiteren Zerkleinerung und Mahlung an die Zerkleinerungsanlage
